Grand Mercure Bandung Setiabudi Hotel, Bandung

My stay at Grand Mercure Setiabudi was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a lovely pool view, making it a perfect family getaway. The staff, especially Miss Widdi, were incredibly helpful, adding a personal touch to my experience. While there was a slight delay in service when I requested some additional items, it didn't overshadow the overall great quality of service. The breakfast was delightful with a wide variety of choices, though my only regret was not being able to swim due to the colder weather. Overall, I had an enriching experience and am already looking forward to my next visit.
